Bookings Policy
Please read carefully.
Bookings require 10% deposit on
all accommodation within 14 days to secure your reservation. Peak
season and school holiday bookings require 50% deposit within
14 days.
Deposits can be paid by phone using Bankcard, Mastercard
or Visa, credit cards.
The balance of tariff must be paid in full on arrival by
cash, credit or debit card (EFTPOS). We do not accept personal
cheques.
Park Management reserve the right to cancel bookings not
paid in full on arrival.
Check In : after 1:00pm (school holidays or by prior arrangement)
Check Out : no later than 10:00am (or by prior arrangement)

Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Please read carefully.
Tariffs and deposits are not refundable
of your stay is cut short.
Cancellations received in writing 4 weeks prior to arrival
will be refunded less 25% cancellation fee. You may elect to transfer
your deposit to an alternate (more suitable) booking date of your
choice within 12 months.
Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks prior to arrival
will forfeit full deposit.
Park Management reserves the right to relocate or change
the booked site number prior to or at arrival.
Booked sites will only be held for 24 hours from booked
time of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.
No refunds on peak season bookings unless entire booking
is re-booked. Original bookings then subject to 50% service fee,
chargeable on cancellation.
